We are living in an extraordinary time. Social distancing, face mask, hand washing, and limited access to services, the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting every corner of the planet. Getting a massage is going to be a little different than before. Here are the rules we need to follow.

We will not provide service if you have had

  • a fever (100.4F+)
  • a cough
  • any shortness of breath
  • any flu symptoms
  • any contact or exposure to someone with COVID-19 in the last 15 days

In compliance with state and local regulations, we will need your contact information, including each person’s full name and phone number. This info is for COVID-19 contact tracing only. We will keep the info private. We will only keep the info for 30 days. All of the staff will wear face masks. We encourage you to wear one too. Every customer needs to take a temperature check and sanitize or wash their hands before getting a massage.

Each customer will have fresh towels and linens, like we always do. We will thoroughly disinfect the massage station after each customer’s session.

All the technicians are on call. After making an appointment if anything changes, please let us know as soon as possible. This is so the technician won’t make a useless trip. If you have an appointment, we ask you to wait in your car and call us. We will come out and let you in. This is to avoid walk-ins and keep the number of people inside the spa at minimum.
